Safety warnings: Make sure motor is fully off before attaching or detaching whisk attachment. Keep hair, jewelry, and other loose items away from mixer while it is runnings. Mixer can only run for 5 minutes continuously, after which it needs to be powered down to cool for 15-20 minutes before next use to reduce risk overheating. If you notice a burning smell or unusual noises coming from mixer, power off immediately. Do not submerge the body of the mixer in water or put in the dishwasher. Mixer body can be lightly hand washed with a damp cloth or sponge.
