- After three wonderful years of curating boxes for young readers, we have come to the difficult decision to close our Once Upon a Book Club Tween subscription permanently on May 5th, 2026.

- Active subscribers will be renewed for the final box by April 15th. This will be the final charge Tween subscribers will receive in relation to the Tween subscription. Subscriptions will be cancelled by May 31st, 2026 and no additional charges will be processed. Any additional funds within your account after this renewal can either be transferred to an Adult or Young Adult subscription by emailing customer service, or will automatically be refunded to the original payment method by May 31st, 2026.

*Made-to-Order items do not follow this timeline and will ship separately from other products. This includes many of our book phone cases and apparel in our shop. International orders are picked up at the beginning of each month. Please note that your tracking label may be printed up to one week before your parcel shows movement. Please note that international shipping does not guarantee an arrival by specific holidays or events.

Beginning March 3rd, 2026, due to the evolving situation in the Middle East, deliveries are currently being restricted and orders are unable to be fulfilled to the following countries: Afghanistan, Bahrain, Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, and Yemen. Once normal delivery operations become accessible again, shipping will resume to these locations.

This includes subscriptions, shop boxes, books, and all other items on our website. UK Shipping rates do vary based on the product purchased and these rates are calculated at checkout.
