International orders are picked up twice a month on average. Please note that your label may be printed 1-2 weeks before your box ships so that it is ready for pickup when the international carrier arrives.

Canada Post Strike
We have received confirmation from our shipping partner that the Canada Post Strike has concluded and parcels are starting to make their way through customs and into the hands of Canada Post. Please note that due to the backlog of parcels, it may still take several weeks for Canada Post to resume service as usual and boxes may still take up to 6-8 weeks to reach their final destinations.

We wanted to address some of the shipping delays currently affecting our boxes. USPS has been overwhelmed with packages in the last two years and many packages are arriving late. We've also been made aware that tracking information may update sporadically or not at all but packages are still arriving. This is an issue nationwide and all businesses are affected.

*Note that Shop Orders may vary in the amount of time taken to ship due to sales, holidays, or other circumstances. Our team always does its best to ship within the 3 business day window for US orders.

Tracking for this box was sent to all active subscribers on Monday, January 6th. All boxes completed shipping on Tuesday, January 7th. Please allow until Saturday, January 11th for all tracking to show movement.
