Beginning September 10th, 2025, Once Upon a Book Club is thrilled to share that we are now shipping to the United Kingdom. This includes subscriptions, shop boxes, Boutique items, books, and all other items on our website.

Please note that UK Shipping will follow our standard international timeline and shipping will occur once monthly from our warehouse. UK Shipping rates do vary based on the product purchased and these rates are calculated at checkout.

Once Upon a Book Club is not responsible for any applicable tariffs, duties, and government-imposed costs related to a purchase from our brand. These are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery of their order or at the discretion of their postal service.

As of September 25th, Canada Postal Services begin another strike. We are coordinating with our international carrier to ensure that packages are in the queue to be delivered when service resumes.

As of October 14th, USPS has announced that the Canada Post strike is now being conducted as a rotating strike and parcels will begin to move though the Canada Post system. We were informed that Canada Post is utilizing a first-in, first-out system with all pending parcels. Please note that it will likely result in longer delivery times for OUABC packages. International orders are picked up at the beginning of each month. Please note that your tracking label may be printed up to one week before your parcel shows movement. Please note that international shipping does not guarantee an arrival by specific holidays or events.

We wanted to address some of the shipping delays currently affecting our boxes. USPS has been overwhelmed with packages in the last two years and many packages are arriving late. We've also been made aware that tracking information may update sporadically or not at all but packages are still arriving. This is an issue nationwide and all businesses are affected.
