Shop and Boutique orders from Once Upon a Book Club are currently shipping within 3 business days* for orders shipped within the US!

International orders are picked up twice a month on average. Please note that your label may be printed 1-2 weeks before your box ships so that it is ready for pickup when the international carrier arrives.

Canada Post Strike
We have been made aware that Canada Post is currently on strike and packages are severely delayed in being delivered. Unfortunately, this does mean we do not have a firm timeline of when our boxes will be delivered to our Canadian Book Clubbers. There is currently no information how long this strike will last.

At this time, we cannot guarantee delivery dates for any of our boxes or shop/Boutique items, including holiday boxes, subscriptions, and gifts. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer alternate or expedited shipping methods and we apologize for this inconvenience.

"During the strike, mail and parcels will not be delivered, and some post offices will be closed. Canada Post added that shutting down facilities will impact its national network, and it may take time for mail processing and delivery to return to normal once the strike ends."

Update 11/29/2024 - We have received notice from our shipping partner that all parcels shipping to Canada will be held at their facility in the US and will not show any updates until Canada Post resumes service.

We wanted to address some of the shipping delays currently affecting our boxes. USPS has been overwhelmed with packages in the last two years and many packages are arriving late. We've also been made aware that tracking information may update sporadically or not at all but packages are still arriving. This is an issue nationwide and all businesses are affected.

*Note that Shop Orders may vary in the amount of time taken to ship due to sales, holidays, or other circumstances. Our team always does its best to ship within the 3 business day window for US orders.
