Part of our Summer 2024 collection, this stunning, exclusively designed book-shaped plate set is inspired by Little Women by Louisa May Alcott. The perfect addition to a "classic" table setting or a bonus to an entertaining spread, these gorgeous book plates are the perfect accessory to a bookworm's home.

Each set includes one small salad plate and one large dinner plate both printed with the book title, author name, and first and second pages of the novel, starting with the line "'Christmas won't be Christmas without any presents,' grumbled Jo, lying on the rug."

Little Women is a classic novel that tells the story of the March sisters as they navigate through adolescence and adulthood. It explores themes such as family, love, and the challenges of growing up in the 19th century.

Lovin' on my Lunch

I've read the books. Saw the movie. Played the role of "Marmee" in the musical. And apparently, that wasn't enough to satisfy my "Little Women" fix, for when I saw the book plate set, they HAD to be mine. "Little Women" will always have a special place in my heart, and now...a special place at my table. I ordered the set for me! - and tried not to feel guilty for doing so - which I got over fairly quickly :) They are divine, elegant, and warmth to the heart, all at the same time. I still hand wash some of my dishes every night. These plates, though dishwasher friendly, are included in that routine not because they have to be but because I enjoy them not only on the table but also in the hand. Beautifully boxed, securely shipped, and worthy of gifting to your finest of book-loving friends - including yourself.
